Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or through any other means — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances and referral to relevant authorities.
You must not register or use the Platform if you are located in or are a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 2vgame neither makes representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction nor accepts liability for use in jurisdictions where such use is not permitted.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address and payment details — is accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access the full features of 2vgame, you must complete the registration process by providing the required information and accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Registration constitutes your agreement to all terms set out herein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2vgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password forthwith.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point when we deem verification necessary, we may require you to submit identity-verification documentation. Required documents typically include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and documentation evidencing the payment method(s) used for deposits.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal requests where KYC requirements have not been satisfied.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This additional security layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your account security settings.
The Platform supports various deposit methods, which are listed in the live cashier section of your account. Available methods may include, where supported by the operator's payment infrastructure and your payment provider's own terms: bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah; mobile payment services (where applicable); and other methods as listed in the cashier. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit transactions are authorised. 2vgame is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking processing times.
Withdrawals may only be requested from the Real Money Funds portion of your account balance. Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds combined in a mixed balance must meet applicable wagering requirements before the Real Money component of that balance becomes withdrawable, as described in the applicable promotion terms.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. We reserve the right to conduct additional checks — including source-of-funds requests — before approving withdrawals. We will not process withdrawals to a payment method not previously used for deposits, except where an alternative method has been approved by our compliance team.
Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing durations vary by payment method, operator queue times, compliance review status and your payment provider's own processing timelines. 2vgame does not accept liability for delays in the processing of withdrawals caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period, as published in the cashier section of your account. We reserve the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal where: verification requirements have not been met; we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; the withdrawal contravenes these Terms; or we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered on 2vgame are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. These promotional terms — including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and maximum bonus conversion amounts — form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them.
Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, the requirement must be satisfied in full before any associated balance becomes available for withdrawal. Stakes placed on bets with odds below the minimum threshold stated in the promotion's terms, or on excluded games, will not contribute towards the wagering requirement.
We actively monitor for patterns of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other conduct calculated to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, we reserve the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it and, in serious cases, close the relevant account(s).
All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, modified or restricted at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes your acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that promotion.
All bets placed on 2vgame are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. 2vgame will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of user error, except where a manifest technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed in the relevant interface at the time of bet placement. We reserve the right to adjust stake limits, including imposing individual account-level limits, at our discretion.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: cancellation of a sporting event; market errors; insufficient event completion; technical errors resulting in incorrect odds; or where the integrity of an event is reasonably in doubt. Void bets will have the stake returned to the User's account balance.
Cricket betting markets, including those covering the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other domestic and international competitions, are subject to specific cricket-betting rules published in our sports-betting help section. These rules govern settlement, rain interruptions, DLS adjustments and event abandonment, among other circumstances specific to the format of play.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds in live markets update in real time and are accepted at the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed. Network delays or latency on the User's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation. 2vgame reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2vgame, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or system failures.
2vgame does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages caused by technical failures, network outages, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
